| Earned the team's award for Most Valuable Offensive Back for 2003 ... Pulled down 69 receptions for the season, only consensus All-American Torry Holt and Jerricho Cotchery ever had more for the Pack ... The Pack's second-leading receiver, he ranked sixth in the ACC in receptions per game and seventh in receiving yards ... Pulled down three touchdown receptions in the win at Duke, only Holt ever had more in a game for NC State ... Was named ACC Offensive Back of the Week for that performance ... Touched the ball 133 times that season, more than any other player besides Philip Rivers ... Ranked eighth in the ACC with 1,303 all-purpose yards ... Finished second in the league with a 10.6 yard punt return average ... The receiver on every play of the Pack's opening drive for 2003, he scored the season's first touchdown ... Returned two punts for touchdowns, a 67-yarder against Western Carolina, and an 83-yarder against Maryland ... The return against Maryland tied as the seventh-longest in school history ... Had 10 receptions in the double-overtime loss at Florida State, that was the third-highest reception total ever for a Wolfpack sophomore ... Scored seven receiving touchdowns for the season, second only to former All-American Koren Robinson for a Wolfpack sophomore, his 799 yards also ranked second to Robinson among sophomores ...
