Prior to the coaching change at NC State, linebacker Toronto Smith from Rickards High School in Tallahassee, Fla was a prospect that the Pack had kept a relatively close eye on. The two-star ‘backer according to Scout.com is now hoping the new regime in Raleigh will continue their interest in his services.
