Bryan Named to Mackey Watch List

Redshirt junior tight end George Bryan has been named to the preseason 'watch' list for the 2010 John Mackey Award, given annually to the nation's top tight end.

The Castle Hayne, N.C., native was named to the award's midseason list in 2009.

Bryan was a first-team All-ACC performer in 2009, ranking second on the team in receptions with 40. He ranks fourth among active ACC receivers with nine touchdown receptions for his career.
