Dallas Poulk, a Freshman All-American in 2007 and a native of Fayetteville, N.C., earned first-team honors by batting .363 (86-for-237) with 20 doubles, 10 home runs, 74 runs scored and 55 RBIs, all career highs except for the batting average. Dallas ended the season strong, batting safely in 24 of the last 27 games of the regular season, batting .366 (45-for-123) with nine doubles, two triples, three home runs, 32 runs scored and 16 RBIs. He enters play in the ACC Tournament ranked seventh in NC State history in career at-bats (844) and base hits (273), and is tied for seventh in runs scored (178) and triples (11). Drew Poulk’s regular-season stats were amazingly similar to his cousin’s. Drew, from Morehead City, N.C., batted .367 (87-for-237) with 20 doubles, 13 home runs 47 runs scored and 67 RBIs. He batted .378 (48-for-127) with 11 doubles, nine home runs and 35 RBIs in 29 ACC games. Drew Poulk enters the ACC Tournament on a 15-game hitting streak and is batting .460 (29-for-63) with nine doubles, six home runs and 22 RBIs during the streak. He has 16 hits, including five doubles and four home runs, in his last 24 at-bats, dating back to the first game of the Florida State series May 14. He is hitting .611 (11-for-18) with four doubles, three homers and six RBIs in his last five games. He is hitting .550 (22-for-40) with five doubles, six homers and 16 RBIs in his last 10 games
Wilson, from Crystal Lake, Ill., led the Wolfpack in batting with a .379 average. He hit eight doubles and six home runs, scored 52 times and drove in 20 runs. He led the team with 12 steals in 13 attempts. He enters play in the ACC Tournament on a seven-game hitting streak and is batting .357 (10-for-28) with two doubles, a home run, 10 runs scored and six RBIs during the streak. Wilson has hit safely in 38 of 43 games played, and has gone more than four consecutive plate appearances without reaching base safely just once all season. He leads the team with a .505 on-base percentage and 12 stolen bases. He ranks sixth in NC State history with 42 career steals
