Phil Steele sent his Phil Steele's 2010 College Football Preview to the press yesterday, and the magazine will be hitting newsstands June 8th.

Phil Steele's 2010 College Football Preview is the nation's most informative preseason football magazine and has always provided a preseason All-American team as well as preseason All-Conference teams.

Four NC State players were named to his preseason All-ACC team, and junior tight end George Bryan was the lone first-team selection. A first-team All-ACC selection in 2009, Bryan totaled 40 catches for 422 yards and six scores as a sophomore.

Senior wide receiver Owen Spencer was a second-team selection. As a junior Spencer totaled 30 receptions for 765 yards, an average of 25.5 yards per catch which led the country in 2009.

The Pack's long third-team selection was junior T.J. Graham, who made the team as a kick returner. Graham played in just six games as a sophomore after missing the last half of the year with a leg injury. He finished with 18 punt returns for 156 yards and 23 kick returns for 574 yards and one score.

NC State's other pick, senior wideout Jarvis Williams, was a fourth-team pick. Williams was outstanding in 2009, as he led the team in catches (45) and was first in the ACC in touchdown grabs (11).

Arguably the Wolfpack's top players on offense (Russell Wilson) and defense (Nate Irving) were not selected.

The full list will be released June 8th, and magazines can be purchased at philsteele.com.
