DURHAM, N.C. -- In NC State's 27-17 win over Duke, freshman quarterback Russell Wilson moved into second place in consecutive pass attempts without an interception in the NC State record book.

  • With its 27-17 win today, NC state extends its winning streak over Duke to 11 games.

  • The NC State defense held Duke to 0-of-4 on fourth downs.

  • Quarterback Russell Wilson moved into second place in consecutive pass attempts without an interception in the NCSU record book. Wilson has now gone 142 straight passes without throwing a pick, and has just one interception thrown this season. The school record is Jamie Barnette in 1998 with 179.

  • NC State scored on its first four possessions of the game, the most consecutive possessions to open a game that NC State has scored on since the 2005 Eastern Kentucky game (five). NC State has now scored on at least its first two possessions in each of the last three games.

  • The 24 first half points for the Pack were the most since last season’s Wofford game, also 24 points (a span of 18 games).

  • NC State had over 150 yards rushing as a team for the third straight game (159 today), the first time the Pack has three straight games over 150 yards rushing since midway through the 2002 season.

  • Safety J.C. Neal was credited with 89 yards and a touchdown on a first quarter kickoff return. It was Neal’s second career score, he returned a blocked punt for a TD last season. Neal’s score today on a KO return, added with T.J. Graham’s against BC, gives the Pack two on the season – the most for the Pack in a season since 2002 (three).

  • Senior Anthony Hill caught his second TD pass of the season, and the third of his career in the second quarter.

  • The 89-yard drive that was capped by Hill’s TD catch was the longest drive for the Pack this season (85 versus South Florida).

  • Jarvis Williams hauled in a career-long pass of 32 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter. Williams now has 14 catches on the season, with four going for touchdowns.

  • Josh Czajkowski converted field goals of 22 and 32 yards, making him 10-of-12 on the season.

  • Jamelle Eugene’s 53-yard run from NC State’s one-yard line in the third quarter was the Pack’s longest rush of the season (Wilson for 27 yards at Maryland).
