Sluggish offense offends Wolfpack

On the front end, North Carolina State regularly recruits players with strong offensive portfolios to its football team. On the back end, the Wolfpack has problems scoring. "We look at the tape and we know that we're better than what we (saw)," running back Andre Brown said Monday, referring to the team's woes in a season-opening 34-0 loss last week at South Carolina. John Wall, the top-ranked high school basketball point guard in the country, said he feels a lot less pressure after scheduling four of his five official visits. Wall plans to make official visits to Memphis on Sept. 12, Kansas on Sept. 20 and Oregon on Oct. 4, and he plans to schedule an official visit to Baylor. He said he still is considering N.C. State but that he will not make an official visit there because he is so close to the program. Read More
