Raleigh, N.C. – NC State center J.J. Hickson has signed with an agent, and will remain in the 2008 NBA Draft and will not be returning to NC State. The NBA Draft will be held June 26.

"After going through several workouts with NBA teams, J.J. received very positive feedback and feels this is a great opportunity for him to be drafted," said NC State head coach Sidney Lowe. "He had a great season with us last year, and he will always be a part of our Wolfpack family. We are very happy for him and his family."
