Maryland and Buffalo have since offered as well but the Pack was able to host the 6-4, 285 pound linemen at their football camp last week. Pack Pride caught up with Lewis about his experience working out for the Wolfpack coaches.

"The camp went real good," said Lewis. "I got to know everyone up at State a lot better. I worked out with coach Horton quite a bit and he's real good at explaining things so you can understand your position better."

An all-state selection as a junior, Lewis has now camped at NC State, Clemson, Maryland and South Carolina and those schools comprise his top four. Two of those have risen to the top based on their early scholarship pledges.

"NC State and Maryland would be my top two since they've already offered me," said Lewis. "With State, I just like their facilities, their coaches and they've got good academics there. Their coaches also have a real good history of producing offensive linemen."

Lewis stated that he plans to make his decision sometime in late November.
