CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Several Wolfpack players and NC State head coach Herb Sendek met with the media after the BC win.

Cedric Simmons:
“It’s a big win for our program. We learned from (what happened) the other day. I’m hoping we learned.“

“It’s tough to get a road win (in the ACC) this season. A lot of teams lost on the road. Road wins are going to be big this year in the ACC.”

“(Craig Smith is) probably the strongest guy I ever played against. He makes his mind up he's going to the basket, it's hard to stop him."

Tony Bethel:
“We knew Craig Smith was a monster down there and, for the most part, we took them out of what they wanted to do. We did a good job and that was the key to the game.”

Engin Atsur:
“Our focus was to start great and be consistent throughout the game and that’s what we did. We had a great start in the Carolina game and we couldn’t keep the lead. We lost our focus and couldn’t get stops. The past couple of days, we learned our lesson from past games, kept working hard and had a great road win.”

Cameron Bennerman:
“We can definitely feel good about this. We came out with an 11-0 run (in the second half) and tried to keep the pressure on them."

“(Balance) has been the key in all of our games. We’re used to having equal balance and guys just sharing the load.”

Herb Sendek:
“Any win in this league is always hard earned and very valued."

“I thought our guys played really good basketball tonight, especially on the offensive end. Boston College is obviously an outstanding team. We know coming in we had to be at a high level to be competitive."

“They’re a great rebounding team. We think about what we had to do with respect to that – it hasn’t been a strength of our team this year. It’s been getting better lately, talking about that game after game. Our guys did a good job of trying to battle (on the boards)."

“The best part of our offense tonight, if you want to simplify it, is we were able to score in a variety of ways. We didn’t have to rely on scoring one way all night.”
