Burke, arguably the state of Kentucky's top quarterback prospect since Brian Brohm, is considered the No. 6 quarterback in the country according to Scout.com.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound standout chose NC State over offers from Louisville, Kentucky, Purdue, Northwestern, Tennessee, Michigan State, and Ole Miss among others.

Burke is the fourth known commitment for the Wolfpack, joining defensive lineman Gavin Smith and kickers Nathan Franklin and Josh Czajkowski.
