This was Emmanuel's first official visit, with three others scheduled in January to Oklahoma (1/16), Virginia Tech (1/24), and Florida State (1/31). NC State pulled out all the stops for the talented defensive tackle.
"I just felt at home. It was organized and everything just went well. We talked about playing time and how they need help at my spot. I went to a practice and I could see it for myself that they need more defensive tackles so I could see what he was telling me is true."
Dunbar's player host was Deerfield Beach alum, Tramain Hall.
"He's cool... I already knew him because he went to my school. He showed me everything I needed to see and made me feel comfortable. I liked that."
Another thing Emmanuel enjoyed on his official visit was what a lot of the big linemen like-- the food!
"The training table at the Murphy Center was real good. We went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and it was terrific. It was my first time going there."
Dunbar pointed out that he will likely be a signing day commmitment and hopes to set up his fifth and final visit in the near future.
