NC State standouts Russell Wilson, J.R. Sweezy, and Steven Hauschka are Super Bowl champions, as they helped lead Seattle to the 43-8 win over Denver.

Wilson was outstanding, as he went 18-of-25 for 206 yards, 2 touchdowns, and a QB rating of 123.1. He is the fourth second-year quarterback to win a Super Bowl, joining Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, and Ben Roethlisberger.

Sweezy started at right guard for the Seahawks, and Hauschka kicked two field goals and made all five of his extra point attempts.

Wolfpack great Nate Irving played well in the loss for Denver, as he totaled three tackles and a pass breakup from his outside linebacker position.
