"That will be a wait-and-see for tomorrow afternoon," Gottfried said when asked for an update on Anya. "We just want to see how he starts to move around. The most important thing is there's nothing serious at this point.
"I think he has a pretty good bruise inside of his knee. We''ll see if he can get loosened up and get going. If he can then hopefully he can help us."
Anya played just one minute against Florida State before going down with a knee injury. X-rays on Wednesday night were negative, and it sounds like he avoided a serious injury.
"I'd say [he's] probable," added Gottfried. "I think he wants to play... it's a matter of if he can be effective. We'll see."
The 6-foot-9, 325-pound center is averaging 2.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 11.2 minutes per game.
