NC State has landed a commitment from High Point (NC) Central standout linebacker Germaine Pratt. The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder committed after attending the Wolfpack's camp.
"It feels good to be committed," said Pratt. "The coaches were all happy about it. They all started showing me love like the first day I walked on campus."
The past two seasons, Pratt has led High Point Central in interceptions and was second in tackles in 2012 with 94. He had six interceptions and four pass breakups.
He picked the Wolfpack over offers from UNC, Tennessee, Virginia, Notre Dame, and Wake Forest among others.
"I know he was excited about it," Wolfpack target Dexter Wright said of Pratt. "He was trying to get me to go ahead and join the family with him."
Pack Pride will have more on Pratt's commitment in the near future so stay tuned!
