According to a source close to the situation, NC State redshirt sophomore left guard Andrew Wallace will miss today's bowl game after suffering a knee injury.

A Charlotte, North Carolina native, Wallace started all 12 games for the Wolfpack in 2010. He had played 773 snaps, the fourth-highest total on the team in his first year as a full-time starter.

Redshirt freshman Duran Christophe is expected to replace Wallace in the lineup. Christophe, a 6-foot-6, 287-pounder, has been the Pack's top reserve offensive lineman and has worked exclusively at left guard. He played in eight games this year (missed three due to an ankle injury) and was in on 146 snaps.
